Bailey Sherman

I’m Bailey Sherman, and I am from Fennimore, Wisconsin, which is in the Southwest corner of the state.  I live with my parents, Michael and  Mary Jo, and my older brother, Zach. I attend Olivet Nazarene University where I am studying multimedia communication with a concentration in radio and the recording industry. I am excited for the opportunity to work overnights at Shine, which is an immense blessing. I feel passionate about radio ministry and I want to pursue it beyond my college career.

I am a very “bubbly” person and love meeting new people.  I love curling up with a book and reading. My favorite genre is romance and the typical “girly girl” books.  I also really enjoy being able to take in God’s beauty in nature and enjoying the fresh air.  Some of my interests are seal watching, hanging out with friends and family, and decorating for all of the different seasons.

I look forward to hanging out with you on Shine Overnights.

I was born in the USA, but I was raised in a 10 island country named Cape Verde. I came to the United States last year, to attend Olivet Nazarene University. I am so glad and excited to be an overnight host at Shine.fm.

Radio is something that I have always loved, and I’m looking forward to connecting with Shine.FM listeners.

I have an extroverted personality and I like to be funny, but I also enjoy some alone time.

I’m the youngest of four kids, and I am an avid candy connoiseur , love the winter season, and Korean Drama.

My favorite Bible verse is 1 Peter 5:7 “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”

Dan De Bord

I share a love and passion for radio, baseball and hockey. I am very excited to be a part of the Shine.FM family. I am married to my wonderful wife Kim and we have three wonderful children Matt, Connor and Riley. (oh, and Harley the Shih Tzu and Levi the Guinea Pig). My family is my driving force and supporting cast that deserves all the credit for me being where I am today. Please do not give up on your dreams. I went back to college 30 years after graduating high school. Life will happen, just roll with it, be patient and take advantage of the breaks you receive and do not question where you are or why. Just follow his lead, he will not leave you alone in your life.
