They’re calling it a good-will gold rush. A fishing port in Japan that was ravaged by the 2011 tsunami is the recipient of anonymous gifts of gold bars. Someone with a heart of gold sent 2 tsunami relief organizations in Ishinomaki worth around $250,000. Kunio Suno, the president of one of the organizations, said that the town will spend the money wisely, adding, he was grateful that their town, which lost over 3,000 people in the tsunami, were not forgotten.
