Abstaining Is Easier Than Moderation

If you’re struggling with maintaining a healthy weight and diet, you may be taking the wrong approach.  Research has found that although it’s healthy to eat certain foods in moderation, it could be easier to just abstain.  It makes perfect sense.  It would take a lot more self-control to stop eating that order of French fries half-way through the bag than to not order them in the first place.  Find some inspiration in Lisa’s Home School.
